Sound Bath, Single Ticket
A passive and immersive meditative experience with gentle breath work and singing bowls.
You will be laying down with your eyes closed, being bathed in the resonance of the instruments. My approach to sound baths is rooted in the science of the sound frequencies’ affect on brain waves, and I play the bowls in a way that shifts the brain state which causes a meditative state and allows the nervous system to settle in to blissful relaxation.
I only pay the crystal bowls - Your whole experience is a constant binaural beat experience with no pauses or interruptions, meaning your brain gets to downshift into a deep state of relaxation.
Your body then follows your brain. Your nervous system, your muscles, your organs, your heart rate and your breathing can all understand the assignment and shift with ease
I play my bowls loud. You’ll never find yourself looking for the sounds; instead, you’ll feel them clearly, vibrating through every fibre of your being
You’ll notice my bowls are quite a bit larger than most - these give us a big, deep sound, and is specifically helpful for traumatized bodies
